RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want all our customers to be 100 percent satisfied with their apron(s).  If for some reason you are not happy with your apron(s), please email us at info@mollymorrisdesigns.com to arrange a return/refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.  In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your apron(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

 

Personalized aprons may not be returned or exchanged.  

SHIPPING

Molly Morris Designs usually ships within three (3) business days from the date of order.  Custom monogram orders are generally shipped within two weeks.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  The cost to ship is $10.00.  

Local Pickup is available for those who live in or around the Washington, D.C. area who would rather pick up their order in person free of charge.
